Owner, Founder and Principal of McClellan Creative, Loretta McClellan, is a formally-trained, award-winning artist and graphic designer, as well as an art instructor. She founded McClellan Creative in 1992 to serve businesses and nonprofits, and art collectors worldwide.

Master Beveler and Artisan, Steve McClellan, works in Art Glass, Stained Glass and Design, Hand-beveled Art Glass and Architectural Art Glass (entryways, domes, large scale windows) since 1985. His glass work is featured in Disneyland, historic properties and many homes and locations across the U.S., including the California home of legendary football coach and sportscaster, John Madden. Steve also offers stained glass restoration and repair work.

A patent-holding Engineer, Designer and Fabricator, Steve also manages the Fabrication and Repair Services McClellan Creative offers our clients, including Welding; Fabrication, Sheet Metal & Other; 3-D Modeling & Printing, and CAD; Small-scale Milling & Machining; Prototyping; Schematic Capture; and PC Board Design & Layout. Repair services include: small to medium-sized Machine Repair of antique and pre-1970 all-metal vintage sewing machines for Singer, Kenmore and White brands, as well as vintage typewriters. Other sewing machine brands and other small to medium-sized machine repair considered on a case by case basis.

Emphasizing her roots in fine art in painting—primarily watercolor—and graphic design, with design specialties in brand/logo design, Loretta participates in design reviews, and gallery and art shows, winning awards.

Loretta has served in executive marcom management in both corporate and nonprofit sectors. With a degree in Fine Art, Studio Practice, and studies in California, Hawaii, and Japan, Loretta has worked previously in small metal sculpture, metalsmithing and jewelry design, wood carving, fiber and textile art, as well as the traditional Japanese indigo dye-resist art of Shibori. You can also find her co-designing stained glass and architectural art glass with her husband, Steve McClellan. She enjoys teaching and offering workshops that partner Fine Art with the Literary and/or Meditative Arts.

In addition to her Fine Art and Design pursuits, Loretta is a writer and six-time author of fiction, nonfiction, and poetry (writing as Loretta Boyer McClellan); received honors as a lyricist; and is certified in grant proposal writing. Her words and images have been featured in numerous publications and venues.
